This is one of those "ghost kitchen" virtual restaurants that the New York Times wrote about that only does takeaway orders for apps like Uber Eats, GrubHub, Postmates, etc. They make pizzas for 3-4 different "restaurants" (Froman's Chicago, Gabriella's New York, Cauli Crust Co, etc...all owned by FamilyStyleInc) all in one kitchen and then send them out.
I didn't have the same problems as others. My pizza was hot, the crust was crispy with a little bit of a doughy chew to it. I got pepperoni and bell peppers and there were a good amount of toppings. But it just wasn't that good. The cheese was bland and the sauce tasted like Prego. It didn't compare to the deliciousness of Lou Malnoti's or Giordano's...or even Masa across town. It tasted like the faceless, unmemorable food company start up trying to serve "Chicago Style" pizza (which I guess is what it is) to people who want delivery. I ate it, but wouldn't order from again. -

My husband ordered two pies last night and was quite excited to try a new place. The toppings were decent (liked the ricotta option), sauce was a bit inconsistent (some slices were all cheese, some all sauce) but overall...ok. the crust however was completely undercooked, even at the thinnest point in the center. We tried to make a go of it, but for tummy safety, had to remove the gooey wall crust. I like the smell of yeast, but it was overwhelming yeasty from not having risen let alone being undercooked. We enjoyed Doughbox's herb-l aden flavorful deep dish much better. Froman's was a miss.
With Grubhub, it ended up being quite pricey. -

Very disappointed. Possibly the worst pizza I've ever had. People weren't joking when they said the sauce was off, something is wrong with the crust, and there is way too much over processed artificial tasting cheese. Avoid this place unless they start listening to the reviews and they overhaul their recipes and menu.
Others said it before but yeah, go to Masa instead -

Pizza is good here but the delivery service is so bad. Postmates asked if I cancelled and I said no... I'm a huge fan of pizza in general but this service just SUCKS. I wouldn't waste your time using this place for deliveries apps. Not worth the wait! I've ordered it around 1am and now it's 3am. SHEEESH!
